The Bamboo Restaurant offers continental cuisine bringing together the expertise of Swiss- trained chef’s and locally acclaimed family cooks of the Kenyan Coast region; to create original, one-off and delicious creations with the flavours of traditional Kenyan flavours and excellent classical technique.
